Dr. J.T. Harless

Dr. J. Thaddeus Harless (PhD, DMIN, ThM, MDIV, MAR) is the founder of Striking The Water Ministries and is the senior pastor of Real Life Church and a former adjunct professor.  As a pastor, Dr. Harless' messages have inspired faith and hope from America to Africa and as far away as India, seeing many coming to a saving faith in Jesus. 

As a adjunct professor and leadership consultant, Dr. Harless has influenced for-profit, non-profit, para-church and church leaders from around the globe, as far away as Australia.

Dr. Harless has a passion for seeing peoples faith come alive as they step out and strike the water, discovering that God really does still move!

Hobbies: Dr. Harless is a formerly ranked power-lifter and strength competitor who routinely injures himself in the gym as he apparently thinks (wrongly, so wrongly) that he is still in his twenties.
